Lesley Say's No to Restrictive Policy

Over the weekend I read an interesting article on business networking, Have You Been Locked Out the article discusses the common practice major networking organisations employ of restricting their individual membership to one person per sector. This archaic system seems somewhat bizarre, do these organisation honestly think that the first printer through the door is the best person to have in their organisation, it quiet honestly defies belief.

Good quality competition will always be the best combatant against lethargy and complacency.

I like this blog, it covers some interesting topics with some well thought out discussion points, if you get time you should check it out.
