Is Traditional Email Dying?

Experts state, if you want to know what the future holds, check out the habits of the next generation. It would be fair to say teenagers use SMS and Social Media platforms more than traditional email. For many years we have advised our clients of the need to entrench themselves into the social media scene. If a business is to be sustainable over the long term it’s needs to be proactive and forward thinking. Spam is another aspect that displays the negative side of email, most of us receive a disproportionate amount of spam in comparison to genuine emails.

This could eventually be the final nail in the coffin. I’m a firm believer in edging ones bets, being active in social media can be simplified by the use of feeds and syndication, a little like an aeroplane running on autopilot. Remember, following the habits of teenagers is crucial if we want to stay ahead of the curve and understand what tomorrow will bring.
