Google Chrome Arriving in June
Google have stepped up to the plate once again with news that Samsung and Acer will release computers in June that run on Google’s new operating system. Strangely Google have called the system Chrome, the same as their current Internet browser.
This news will certainly not be welcomed by Microsoft and Apple, both companies have enjoyed years of dominance in the production of consumer based operating systems.
I personally believe Google will go down the road of offering a cost effective solution one that will entice people to use their search engine added to this I expect to see a tie up with their android phone system. Whilst the Technological heavyweights do battle for supremacy it can only be good news for the consumer, more affordable products and new developments pushed out on a regular basis means the future is bright for technology lovers.
In regards traditional businesses that are still using archaic marketing techniques, well it could be said the gravy train has passed you by. It’s strange because local businesses could see a huge change in fortune by adopting a sensible online marketing approach.
